Feelings from the performers:
Acting the alien character was challenging but fun, especially on how it walks or moves. Yet, I’m still looking forward to performing my upmost to bring out my alien’s character to the audience. In addition, I’d like to say a big ‘Thanks’ to the teachers and my family for their unconditional support.
6A Huang Yan Tung, Lilian
This is my third year in the school’s play and I really enjoy every moment on the stage. I especially like this year’s show because it’s sending a very important message which matters to me and to everyone. I hope in the end of this performance, the audience would be able to capture the message and that’s what I want to achieve the most.
6A Chin Wai Tak, Vicky
When I read the script, I felt it has all the elements of a good play, the humors, the fascinating storyline, the moral, the combination of interesting characters and it involves our national icon. Terrific play to be in!
4A Yau Wai Ying, Miffy
Being a narrator in this play isn’t a simple task. Yet I’m delighted in playing this role. Not only does it require me to speak with confidence but also to clearly express the setting so the audience have a better understanding.
5A Luk Wing Tung, Jobe
Comparing from last year, this year was extra challenging because there were a lot more lines to remember and also caring for a new member is like being a mentor. In addition, I helped to choose the sound effects for the drama and helping Miss Lee to turn this story into a script.
6A Lai Kwun Nok, Nathan
Feelings from the audience:
It was a wonderful and amazing show! The actors and actresses performed perfectly. However, the ‘Guardian Pandas’ might need to improve on their anger expression especially when voicing out their feelings of the tourists littering. Nevertheless, I’m really proud of my school’s drama team. I’ll continue to give my support to them.
5A Cheung Hui Yee, Rowena
The performers spoke clearly and the aliens were cute. I am looking forward to watching more shows from them.
5A Chan Chi Wai, Vincent
I think the show was excellent! The actors were great and I could tell they worked really hard and to their best. As one once said, ‘practice makes perfect.’
4A Chan Long, Sunny
I was excited to be invited to watch the school’s drama competition. I thought they performed well and the storyline was fun. I could understand what the story was about and they acted brilliantly!
4A Yeong Tsz Lam, Jorita
The drama’s story was extraordinary and their costumes were superb and special! I liked the dance and song best. It was melodious! And the décor of the play was so realistic! I loved it! Excellent story! Bravo!
4A Lam Ngai Hong, Kenton
